I have the best teacher friends from Russia,(Chelyabinsk),from my native land Azerbaijan,from Georgia and Turkey,from USA and other countries.We can make students exchange.It is very useful in our kids learning prosses.
We have the closest friendship with Russia,Chelyabinsk city.My friend Olga Yuryevna Timofeeva ,her students and me,my students often do VC -s between two countries.I think it is very good for little english learners.
